His answer: In the beginning, he simply added skill training before his strength sessions, using it as a "warm-up." He focused on two push exercises, like handstand and elbow lever, and two pull exercises, like front lever and muscle-ups, training them in rotation before his workouts.
Additionally, he replaced lat pulldowns with pull-ups and incorporated heavy dips into his routine.
